The personal data provided electronically on the asornaments.com website when filling in the contact form will be processed by Kazein Plusz Kft. The Data Controller is not responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided by the User (hereinafter referred to as the User or the Data Subject) when filling in the Contact Form via the Internet.

Data protection legislation:

In its data management practices, the Data Controller shall at all times apply and comply with the applicable legal provisions applicable to it and its activities, in particular:

Purpose of processing:

When visiting the website, in the "Contact" menu, the User has the possibility to contact Kazein Plusz Ltd. and send a message electronically. The message sent by the User will be processed and, on the basis of this, a reply message will be sent to the User, in which the User will be contacted on the subject of the message sent. The Controller will not use the Data Subject's personal data for any other purpose than the one described.

Legal basis for processing:

The data processing is carried out with the voluntary and explicit consent of the Users. The consent is given by the Data Controller on the asornaments.com website, by filling in the Contact form, by reading and accepting this information electronically.
The User is not obliged to provide any personal data, but it is a prerequisite for filling in and submitting the Contact Form, because without it the User cannot be contacted and responded to, or properly react to the message he/she wishes to send.

Scope of the data processed:

To view the information on the Data Controller's website (www.asornaments.com), it is not necessary to provide personal data, however, to fill in and submit the Contact form, the following personal data are required: name, email address, telephone number.

Duration of processing:

Overall, in the default case, the Controller will process the personal data for 60 days after receipt of the Contact Form. The Data Controller will respond to the form within 15 days of receipt and send a reply to the User. If the User does not respond to the response sent by the Data Controller within 30 days, the Data Controller shall verify the fact within 15 days and delete the User's personal data.
If the User withdraws his/her consent before the 60th day, the period of data processing will last from the moment the consent is given until it is withdrawn. The User may withdraw his consent at any time, free of charge, by electronic means or by post. The Data Controller will take measures to delete the personal data within 15 days of becoming aware of the fact.
If, after sending the reply message, the Data Controller receives an automated email message back that the email address is no longer available or no longer used by the data subject who provided the consent, it will delete all personal data related to the email address within 15 days of becoming aware of it.
The right of withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Delete your personal data:

The Data Controller shall delete the Data Subject's personal data if the Data Subject withdraws his or her consent in accordance with point 6.

If, after sending the reply message, an automated email message is returned to the Data Controller indicating that the email address is no longer available or is no longer used by the data subject who provided the consent, the Data Controller will delete the personal data associated with the email address within 15 days of becoming aware of it.
If the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or a court requests the deletion of the Data Subject's personal data, this will be done in accordance with the final decision or order.
